“I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.” (Eccl 3:14)
I. Salvation is Forever
"Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished." (Isa 51:6)
A. The Believer is Sanctified forever.
“For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.” (Heb 10:14)

B. Salvation is the will of God.
“Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.” (Heb 10:7)
1. Selected by the Father
2. Saved by the Son
3. Sealed by the Spirit
C. The work of Christ is once for all.
“By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” (Heb 10:10)
II. The Scriptures are Forever.
“For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.” (Psa 119:89)
A. Infallible, Inerrant, Inspired
B. His Word will not pass away
C. His Word abounds, abides, assures
III. The Holy Trinity of God is Forever.
A. Jesus is Forever.
“Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Mat 28:20)
B. The Holy Spirit is Forever.
“And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;” (John 14:16)
C. God the Father is Forever.
“Let your conversation be without covet-ousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” (Heb 13:5)
IV. Our Security Lasts Forever
A. We have an eternal dwelling place.
“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.” (Psa 23:6)
B. We have eternal righteousness in Him.
“His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endureth for ever.” (Psa 111:3)
C. We have eternal redemption in Him.
“Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.” (Heb 9:12)
D. We will one day have an eternal reign with Him.
“And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.” (Rev 22:5)
V. The Sinner without Christ will perish forever.
“And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” (Rev 14:11)
